Genetic Map Search

MapViewer is a graphical tool for viewing and comparing genetic maps. It includes dynamically scrollable maps, correspondence matrices, dot plots, links to details about map features, and exporting functionality When a C. sativa mapping study is selected below, a new page for that map will open to show all linkage groups, along with zoom-in view of specific regions of a linkage group. Bear in mind that chromosome numbering from the cited publications may not be consistent, as community consensus on chromosome identification and numbering is still a work in progress.
