mRNA Search

Search for transcripts derived from the genes identified by gene predictions, assembled transcripts from RNA-Seq experiments and relevant CDS published in NCBI nucleotide databases. Use the identifier or accession assigned by the source (gff, fasta or NCBI) as constraint. mRNA entities are linked from/to their corresponding genes or proteins in the Relationships field. mRNAs are used by the Expression module.
